This testing machine adopts high pressure difference principle to detect whether there is leak on empty aerosol cans. With rotary design, empty cans are fed into testing cylinder continuously. In high pressure difference (positive inside & ordinary outside), pressure sensor will read data and analyze, qualified cans will be sent to next process, but defective cans rejected.
HMI shows real-time inspection, easy for can size changeoverand maintenance.
PLC controller and high precision pressure transducer greatlyimprove inspection precision and reliability.
